Matthew Mungle's Character Palette contains 22 alcohol-activated colours and can be used for a wide variety of special effects looks. This palette can be used on bare skin, gelatine, foam latex and or silicone appliances!

To activate colour either 99% Iso-propyl alcohol or a suitable activator must be used. As 99% acohol is restricted to professional use only, Skin Illustrator Activator or Skin Illustrator Slow Activator (in conditions where drying time needs to be slowed down) are both suitable alternatives to those of you without professional qualifications.
