Delivery / Returns

Some things to note:

  1. Interational shipping - some of our products are hazardous and not available for shipping. We will contact you if this is the case with anything you have ordered.
  2. We are based in the EU, so there will be no import fees/customs clearance for other EU countries.
  3. Shipments to the UK will be shipped with all duties/taxes/shipping fees paid so there is nothing to do at your end.
  4. Shipments to other non-EU destinations will be shipped without this service so there may be import fees/customs clearance at your end.

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. No orders will be shipped during Sunaura’s annual Christmas closure period (22nd December 2023 – 2nd January 2024 inclusive.)


Free shipping within Ireland (32 counties) for orders over €216 (via Standard delivery methods)


"Next Day" deliveries are not guaranteed to be next day, but it does happen in 99% of cases. The occasional delay may occur beyond our control (such as because of adverse weather conditions, remote location, courier operational delays, etc). Next day means next Irish working day (excluding weekends and Irish public holidays), for orders placed before 2pm Irish Time.

Returns

You can change your mind and return most products as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving them, by phone (+353-1-2876587) or email ([email protected]) and we’ll arrange to take them back. You’ll then need to send them back in the same or equally strong packaging. Once it arrives back to us in perfect, unopened and saleable condition, we’ll do a refund for the cost of the order, minus the shipping costs. (But the 14-day period and the perfect condition are very important, guys!)

We do not accept returns of "special orders", which are products that are not part of our regular stock. We will have ordered these products specially for you, at your request.

We also cannot accept returns that have been used or even slightly tested. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we think the product has been "swiped" or used. In that case, we will either dispose of the product without giving a refund, or you can arrange for it to be picked up again from us at your expense. The same will apply if the product is damaged in transit back to us, so please package them up carefully.


In the event of a mistake on our part - such as a damaged or incorrect product - please email us with some photos and a description of the problem, within 14 days of receiving it, to [email protected]

If it is our mistake, we will arrange to pick the product up from you and swap it over as quickly as possible at our expense, or do a full refund if a replacement is not available.
