Feel free to give us your most convenient delivery address (e.g. work address, or neighbour's house), as somebody needs to be in when the delivery arrives. If nobody is present to accept the delivery, the driver will be unable to leave the order and you will need to collect it from a courier or postal depot. Keep an eye out for the “attempted delivery” note that the driver should leave for you, and if you can’t find it, bring some ID to the depot instead.
The following shipping options are available. Not all of them are appropriate to every order, so you will only be shown the relevant ones at checkout.
Please note that deliveries are generally made on Mon-Fri from 8-4 and are subject to the occasional delay beyond our control (adverse weather, remote location, operational delays). Courier deliveries in particular are not guaranteed to be next working day although this does happen in 95% of cases.
· Courier Delivery (next working day if ordered by 2 pm) - €6.50
· Untracked Post (2-5 business days) - €4.50 - €5.80 (only for very light orders, and at your own risk!)
· Express Post (guaranteed next business day) - €9.90 - €24 (depends on weight). Choose this if it is urgent and you have missed the courier deadline!
It is also possible to collect your order from our premises. If you have a pro or student account with us you could also browse our shop while you are out with us!
Orders are delivered across Europe via courier.
For most destinations, we can offer you a choice between Standard (2-5 working days) or Express service. Express deliveries will be delivered on the next working day for orders placed before 2 pm GMT on a working day, or else the following working day if placed later. Prices for the Express Service will be confirmed at the Checkout, according to destination and weight. Orders can be sent to destinations throughout Europe for orders up to 20KG, as a next-day service or an economy service. Please note that deliveries are generally made on Mon-Fri and are subject to the occasional delay beyond our control (adverse weather, remote location, operational delays). "Next day courier deliveries" in particular are not guaranteed to be next working day although this does happen in 95% of cases.

We do love our products and we can’t imagine why you wouldn’t, but if you should change your mind and want to return a product, no problem! Just contact us within 14 days of receiving it, by phone (+353-1-2876587) or email (email@example.com) and we’ll arrange to take it back. You’ll then need to send it back in the same or equally strong packaging. Once it arrives back to us in perfect, unopened condition, we’ll do a refund for the cost of the order, minus the shipping costs. (But the 14-day period and the perfect condition are important, guys!)
Please note that we do not accept returns if you change your mind after placing an order of special products that we do not normally keep in stock (such as special shades or products). This includes shades listed as "Other" on the website.
We try hard to send the correct products on time with strong packaging, but if something went wrong, please let us know within 14 days of receiving the order. We would really appreciate a description and a photo clearly showing the problem, emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. If the product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll arrange to swap it over for you at our expense.
