Skin Illustrator Slow Activator- 8oz

The Skin Illustrator Slow Activator is designed to activate the pigments in the Skin Illustrator palettes, while also allowing the make-up artist more time to work when applying these colours. Initially designed for the Hair Illustrator Palettes, Slow Activator is also excellent for use with the Skin Illustrator Palettes, especially when temperature and shooting conditions cause the regular Activators to evaporate faster than normal. This is not 99% Alcohol-- although 99% can absolutely be used with the Skin Illustrator palettes, this blend of Ethanol and Isopropynol has a milder fragrance, so it's easier on the senses.
