Skin Illustrator Brow Palette

The Skin Illustrator Brow Palette is a small, five colour, alcohol-based palette, which is perfect for filling in eyebrows, or creating and reshaping eyebrow lines. (Note: You can only use either 99% Alcohol, Skin Illustrator Activator or Slow Activator to activate the colour pigment!)

Due to high concentration of alcohol Sunaura Iso Propyl Alcohol is restricted to professional use only. A suitable alternative is Skin Illustrator Activator or Slow Activator. Slow Activator would be used in warm conditions or times where the drying process of the product needs to be slowed down a little.
