The Bald and The Beautiful Palette is a Skin Illustrator palette designed by renowned make-up artist Adrian Rigby. This is a special palette with a combination of colours that are ideal for colouring in bald caps, allowing you to seamlessly blend and create realistic bald cap effects. 

This is an alcohol-activated palette and requires 99% isopropyl alcohol or else a Skin Illustrator Activator or Skin Illustrator Slow Activator to liquify the colours and allow you to work with them. The alcohol will evaporate and leave a waterproof, smudgeproof finish. Apply in thin layers for a more realistic finish.
