This Light Hair Palette from Reel Creations is an alcohol-activated palette, designed to lighten hair. Colours included in this palette are Red Neutraliser, Yellow #3, Lite Toner and White #8.

As this is an alcohol-activated palette, you will need 99% Iso-Propyl Alcohol to use it. The benefit to these alcohol-activated palettes is they are waterproof and require virtually no touching up. Simply apply with a brush or stipple sponge to achieve the look you want.

 Iso Propyl Alcohol is restricted for professional use only but Skin Illustrator Activator or Slow Activator is a suitable alternative
