Mehron Hydro Prep Pro is a hyaluronic rich serum used to prime the skin prior to any make up application. Mehron Hydro  Prep Pro is enriched with Vitamin B5, Sea Kelp and Allantoin which soothes, conditions and plumps up the skin creating the perfect base for make up on dry or dehydrated skin.

Apply a generous amount to the face and neck, then massage in until dry. If the skin is oily, Hydro Skin Prep Pro can still be used but apply a layer of standard Mehron Skin Prep Pro over it to mattify the skin.
