Drying in seconds, the products is transfer and smudge proof as well as highly water resistant.  Not only can it completely mask tattoos, it can also be used to cover birthmarks, dark circles around the eye area and other unwanted blemishes. It is skin safe and hypo-allergenic and requires no setting powder or activator, just blend the product onto the skin using a sponge or brush to get the desired coverage.
