Mila d'Opiz's latest offering to the world of skincare is their Microbiome Cleansing Line based on ensuring the protective "armour' of healthy bacteria on the surface of the skin isn't compromised. Microbiome is a word that is used to describe the ecosystem of bacteria that lives on the surface of the skin and serves to protect it from external damaging factors. This cosmetic technology focuses not only on ensuring that the skin is cleansed of all impurities but that this protective layer is also preserved. In the past cleansers, whilst effectively stripping the skin of all these impurities, also will have stripped the skin of the 'good' bacteria leaving it vulnerable to damage and/or infection. The Daily Cleansing Foam is ideal for use in the salon during a facial to ensure the skin is clean, balanced and in an optimum condition for the facial. This Cleansing Foam is also perfect for oily/impure or congested skin as it is light and non-greasy and wont overstimulate the sebaceous glands.
