Phyto De Luxe Lip and Eye Booster is and intensively invigorating and moisturising cream for the area around the eyes and the lips. Active ingredients include caffeine which enhances blood circulation and has a tightening effect and Sichuan Pepper which has a relaxing effect on the muscles in the skin.
Sichuan Pepper, because of it's relaxing effect, can smooth out fine lines and wrinkles, thus giving a similar effect to Botox but without the side effects.
You can use the applicator on the top of the tube to apply directly to the upper and lower lips and then under the eye stroking out towards the outer edge ensuring not to go too close to the eye itself. Then gently pat in until fully absorbed.
