Got Flesh! Disease Texture Kit #2 is the second in the series of 3 prosthetic transfer kits for creating skin disorders and diseases.  Easy to use for Make Up Artists with all levels of experience.

Included in the kit are the following components:

Prosthetic Transfer Appliance on Clear Acetate Paper

Water Slide Transfer Paper

Instruction Sheet

Application Guidance for Prosthetic Transfers:

Commence by cleansing the prosthetic with either 99% Isopropyl Alcohol or Acetone, ensuring thorough drying.
Gently tap the prosthetic; if it feels excessively adhesive, proceed to the next step. If not tacky, lightly stipple Prosaide Adhesive onto the surface, allowing it to dry.

Position the Water Slide paper on a level, dry surface, with the shiny side facing up.

Delicately flip the prosthetic piece, pressing it gently onto the Water Slide transfer paper, ensuring full contact, particularly at the edges.

Trim surplus acetate and Water Slide paper around the prosthetic, cutting as close as possible without impacting the prosthetic piece.

Remove the clear acetate from the water slide paper, leaving the prosthetic securely attached.

Firmly press the prosthetic piece onto the actor's skin.

Immerse a folded paper towel in warm water, eliminating excess water to prevent dripping, and press it over the Water Slide paper until completely saturated.

As the Water Slide paper starts to loosen, carefully detach it, leaving the prosthetic in place on the actor's skin.

Employ a cotton bud or brush dipped in 99% Isopropyl Alcohol to seamlessly integrate the edges into the skin.

Following blending, utilise a stipple sponge soaked in Prosaide for additional blending and sealing along the prosthetic edges.

Apply colour as required.

Spritz a light layer of makeup sealer over the finalised piece.

Additional Suggestions:

Before trimming, hold the piece up to light, marking key points for precise placement using a makeup pencil or ballpoint pen (avoiding indelible markers).

Avoid transferring the piece to the Water Slide paper more than 15 minutes before use to retain intricate details.

Use 99% Alcohol for pre-blending the edges if necessary before transferring onto the Water Slide Paper.

Removal:

Utilise an oil-based remover such as Pro Clean for removal. Steer clear of using Isopropyl Alcohol, as it might slightly dissolve the prosthetic, making removal more challenging.
